　　＜2025年４月1日、NPEが化審法第二種特定化学物質に指定されました。＞
　　NPEの第二種特定化学物質への指定に伴い、環境への影響低減のための措置が義務化されます。
　　義務の遵守及び適切な管理をお願いいたします。
 
　　◆義務(1)　事前の製造又は輸入予定数量、事後の実績数量の届出の義務（化審法第35条）
　　　令和７年度（2025年度）より、製造・輸入開始の一月前までに製造輸入予定数量の届出が必要となります。
　　　令和７年6月１日までに当該年度の製造・輸入を開始する者は同年５月１日までに、
　　　同年６月2日以降に製造・輸入を開始する者はその一月前までに予定数量等の届出を行ってください。
