The outline of Aspergillus oryzae RIB40 (NBRC 100959) proteome

日本語で表示

We have analyzed the proteome of Aspergillus oryzae RIB40 (NBRC 100959) grown under liquid culture and membrane-transfer culture by using the following methods.

  1. (1) Two-dimensional PAGE followed by MALDI-TOFMS
  2. (2) One-dimensional SDS-PAGE in combination with two-dimensional LC-MS/MS
  3. (3) Multi-dimensional LC-MS/MS

N-terminal amino acid sequencing by the protein sequencer were also performed.

The result of proteome analysis

Proteome results found the need for addition of new CDSs and modification of registered CDSs. The consortium has been preparing for release of modified data. Currently, the released proteome data is limited to fit to released genetic data.
In recent years, such techniques have been termed proteogenomics.
The results of the proteome analysis are available to be downloaded from the DBRP (Data and Biological Resource Platform).
