The outline of Arthrospira platensis NIES-39 (Spirulina platensis) proteome

日本語で表示

We have analyzed the N-terminal amino acid sequences of proteins from Arthrospira platensis NIES-39 (Spirulina platensis).

Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis spots were analyzed by the protein sequencer and the N-terminal amino acid sequences were determined .

The result of proteome analysis

N-terminal amino acid sequence analysis indicated that the translation of 88.4 % of their genes starts with ATG, 7% starts with GTG and the other 4.7% starts with TTG.

The results of the proteome analysis are available to be downloaded from the DBRP (Data and Biological Resource Platform).
